Here is how roadreadytire.com, run as Amarillo Mobile Tire & Roadside, handles personal information.
Our role is to pass your request to mobile tire and roadside pros, so most of what we hold is what you choose to send.
The site is operated by Terra Nova Trading LLC ("we"), 4902 Chase Ct, St. Cloud, FL 34772.
Your information is used to match your request with mobile tire and roadside pros and to reply to you.
Other uses: recording your consent, stopping spam and bots, and improving how the site works.
When you submit a request, we send it to up to three mobile tire and roadside pros.
They are independent businesses, and once they have your information their own privacy practices apply.
We also rely on service providers for hosting, phone and text delivery, email, and the AI language model behind the chat assistant. They process data for us only as necessary to provide those services.
We may disclose information when the law requires it or to deal with fraud, abuse or security problems.
Pros can pay for the requests or calls we send them. If your state counts that as selling personal information, the state section below tells you how to opt out.
Checking the box means you agreed to calls, texts and emails about your request from up to three pros, which may use automated technology.
You do not have to consent to use the site. Msg & data rates may apply.
To opt out of a text thread, reply STOP; reply HELP for help. A STOP to one sender does not stop the others.
Logs of chats, calls and site visits stay for up to 24 months; after that they are deleted.
We keep your request and your consent record for 5 years as proof of consent, after which they are erased or de-identified.
You may request earlier deletion.
We take appropriate steps to keep your information safe.
Nothing online is risk-free, and we cannot offer a guarantee.
The site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
If a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it; we do not collect it on purpose.
Requests to review, correct or erase what we hold, or to stop sharing it with pros, are welcome.
Reach us by email privacy@roadreadytire.com, use the contact form on this site or call (806) 639-5574. Expect a check on your identity before we act. We extend these options to all visitors, not only residents of states whose laws require it.
If you live in Texas, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of its sale, targeted advertising and profiling. This site does not use targeted advertising. Send requests through the contact page; if we say no, you may appeal by writing back to us.
If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new date. Privacy questions or requests: email privacy@roadreadytire.com, use the contact form on this site or call (806) 639-5574. Mail: Terra Nova Trading LLC, 4902 Chase Ct, St. Cloud, FL 34772.
